Homestead Science is designed to give your child a better understanding of where their food comes from. This allows them to take ownership in providing food for the family whether that’s understanding what they are choosing at the grocery store, helping you tend to the garden, or gathering eggs from your chickens.

Homesteading is a science on multiple different levels. Agriculture, animal science, food science, experimentation, and social science are used daily on the homestead.

Homestead Science counts as a high school lab credit when completed to its fullest.

How does it work?

Introduction to Homestead Science for 6th-12th grade

Buy the textbook, workbook, and answer key as a set and save!

Each student will need their own workbook, but a textbook can be shared. Each family will only need one test and answer key.

The set is available digitally, but if you buy the printed set, you can get the digital half off to meet your family’s needs!
